Webb office hours

The JWST user community is invited to call into Webb office hours to ask questions and directly interact with a team of STScI JWST experts. The Webb Office Hours Page provides connection information for future sessions and an archive of Q&A's from past sessions. STScI welcome questions about the JWST pipeline, calibration, science instrument performance, proposal planning, executed observations, or any other questions about your data. We also welcome comments and feedback to help us improve our systems and better serve the needs of the astronomical community.

JWebbinars

JWebbinars are expert-led training sessions designed to guide the JWST astronomical community through the full scientific workflow of JWST, from proposal preparation to data analysis tools and methodologies.

Information on upcoming and recent JWebbinar sessions can be found by navigating through the main JWebbinars page (Figure 2).

The JWebbinars page offers access to upcoming and past information sessions sorted by topic.
Each JWebbinar session has its own dedicated page, which is accessible by clicking on the orange text in Figure 2. The training materials, including video recordings, presentations, notebooks, etc., become available on the session's page about a week after the JWebbinar session. Recordings of the JWebbinar sessions are hosted at the JWST Observer Youtube Channel.

Each JWebbinar session is announced via the JWST Observer News page and the JWST Observer News mailing list a couple of weeks in advance. You may subscribe to the mailing list by navigating to the footer of the JWebbinar main page (Figure 3).
