The  JWST Science Calibration Pipeline is named the jwst package on GitHub, which includes the complete setup instructions. These instructions, that are recommended for users, are up-to-date with the current pipeline and include details about the setup of your Calibration References Data System (CRDS) files. Stable releases of the jwst package are registered at PyPI.
